What is the difficulty of R3d Room?

This is an "unrated insane demon" but how much harder do you think it is? My hardest is Windy Landscape and I've tried to jump to Zodiac but ofc I couldn't get any good progressions after 1 year (27, and I completed it in 5 runs)
